ORDER STEPS

Steps for electronic shopping:

1. You can shop quickly by becoming a member of our site or without becoming a member.

2. After determining the products you want to buy, you can add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. The purpose of the shopping cart is to provide convenience by eliminating the need for the customer to purchase as soon as they choose.

3. You can see the price and other information about the product in your Shopping Cart. You can also change the quantities of the products and remove them from your cart. Product prices and amount information include VAT.

4. You can get the products in your cart in 2 different ways. Cash payment by credit card, payment by money order.

After selecting the payment method, a detail screen appears depending on the payment method you selected. After entering the desired data, click the "Buy" button.

5. If you will make the payment by credit card; As soon as you confirm the order, the information reaches the network processing mechanism (SSL) through a special passage over the net, where the banks making the payment or receiving the payment approve or reject this transaction. If your credit card information is valid, your order will be accepted. The cost of the products you purchase reaches us via bank. If the order is completed positively, an e-mail is sent to the customer with information about his order. The purchased product is delivered by one of the previously agreed, reliable cargo companies chosen by the customer, in return for identification to the person who will receive the order.

6. At the end of these processes, the system will automatically give you an order number and direct you to the order tracking module. This number must be recorded for later payment and order tracking transactions.

7. You can check the status of your orders at any time with the help of the order tracking module.


STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT

An online Distance Sales Agreement between ayintapbaklava.com.tr and the buyer regarding the product or service you purchased will be sent to you along with the order confirmation e-mail. These documents are also stored in ayintapbaklava.com.tr records.

EDITING ORDERS AND INFORMATION


Address, payment information, etc. included in the order stages. You can see the explanations in the order summary section and edit these sections, go to the previous order step and make edits in these fields.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS

In case of a dispute regarding the complaint, the consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. Monetary limits regarding the duty and authority of consumer arbitration committees to hear disputes;


1 - District Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 6.920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras,

2 - Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in provinces with metropolitan status,

3 - Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in the centers of provinces that do not have metropolitan status,

4 - Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are responsible for disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in districts of provinces that do not have metropolitan status.

For disputes above these values, applications are made to consumer courts, not to consumer arbitration committees. The competent authority is the consumer arbitration committee and consumer courts where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made.

In case of dispute, you can also apply to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation.

It is known that alternative dispute resolution methods are faster, more economical and more effective. Applying for these remedies will not eliminate your right to seek legal remedies.
